WYEF-WOVAL is an arm of the World Youth Empowerment Foundation.
WYEF-WOVAL employs the services of volunteers, professionals and networking with groups to achieve its objectives.
WYEF-WOVAL understands the importance of separation of power, delegation and unity of purpose thereby recruiting professionals
on pro-bono bases to initiate projects and actualize its set objectives.
Presently, over 100 volunteers of various ages, educational backgrounds and professions are involved in the day-to-day
or periodic activities of WYEF-WOVAL across Nigeria.
WYEF-WOVAL
has a Governing Board whose duty is to formulate policies, guidelines, and disciplinary measures and oversee the smooth running
of the initiative. This Board comprises of the National Coordinator, The Administrative Secretary, The Financial Secretary
and the Treasurer based in Lagos, Nigeria while the Research & Publicity, the Monitoring, Implementation & Mobilization
Secretaries move from community to community to implement WYEF-WOVAL programs across the Nation.
In each community a Project Coordinator is appointed among the people through democratic means, however volunteers
from within and outside the community are involved in actual implementation of marked projects.
